The Concho - Custom Order

This unique style combines Western pullup leathers and fringe with a sleek English cut on a black pebbled full grain leather. It features our unique wrap-around leather calf pad, which morphs itself into the pointed collar and Concho feature with draping fringe. A subtle style statement for casual trail riding and schooling, as well as Western Dressage, Working Equitation or Jumpers. Dressed up or down with your choice of materials and trim, and lined with our butter soft Indian sheep lining, you will be blazing the trail!

Ready to turn the Style and raise the -Bar-?

Feel like you’re wearing someone else’s chaps? Our custom fitting process covers 11 anatomical measurements from each of your legs, ensuring a snug and personal fit from top to bottom. Once measured, we work with you to position integral features like zipper location, shaping, and spur pocket location - you have choices!

Once the fit and features are in place, we spend time listening and learning about your style preferences, selecting colors from our extensive range of luxurious instock materials, as well as trim and ornamentation ideas. Then we get to work on designing your very own custom masterpiece.

We hand cut individual (,left and right,) patterns for anatomical differences, carefully cut and prepare your chosen leathers, then hand craft your custom chaps to perfection.

This process and service is very personal. Our goal is to deliver each client the most comfortable, protective, stylish and perfectly fitted chaps for their ride and lifestyle.

We love it when I clients share their passion with us, it doesn’t take much encouragement for us to push the idea to the next level! With leather as our canvas, and the iconic Thunderbird as a focal detail, we bought the rain cascading down in silver streams with teal and clear Swarovski rain droplets. The Thunderbird drapes long teal, silver and black leather fringe trimmed with feathers displaying his far reaching wingspan and powerful influence on nature. All supremely finished the only way we know how—meticulously.
